Chris, M.A.

Chris

Trouble. Life is hard. There is no getting around it. We have troubles outside of us; the pressures of the job, strained relationships, losses, awful things that have happened to us. We also have trouble inside of us, failures, weaknesses, sins. Not to mention that we live in a world that is unstable, chaotic, and unjust. My desire is to walk with you as you face your troubles, with compassion, wisdom, and skill. My goal is to support you with both clinical and biblical wisdom.

Chris graduated from Bloomsburg University with a BA in Psychology in 2008. He then worked as a therapeutic staff support for kids who had behavioral difficulties for a few years and then went on to work in psychiatric hospitals for the past 9 years. During these years gaining experience he also chipped away at a level one certificate in biblical counseling from CCEF in 2018 and then went on to get an MA in counseling in 2023 from Missio Seminary. While not in the counseling office, Chris enjoys reading, feeding a growing love for cooking/grilling, and playing golf (poorly).
