Alexis, Executive Assistant

Forgiveness. Forgiveness is often defined as a conscious, deliberate decision to release feelings of resentment toward those who have caused you harm, regardless of whether they deserve your forgiveness. We all encounter people or situations that inflict pain—be it physical, mental, or emotional. Forgiveness is a crucial step on the journey to healing and personal growth and you deserve the relief and healing that come from letting go. It can be challenging and may take time, but I personally have experienced the relief and healing that comes from forgiving…even forgiving yourself. It truly is a powerful path to recovery. My hope is that through Restore Counseling Center, you find the strength and support to embark on this journey toward forgiveness and experience the profound transformation it can bring.Ephesians 4:22 states “Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you.”
