Trust. The journey of life can be like riding a wave until it takes you under.  We have to trust the process even when it’s unclear, does not fit the mould of our society, or it goes so smoothly that it’s a breath of fresh air. We all face different trials, joys, and successes that help shape us to be the best version of ourselves with the help of Jesus. My hope is that through our time together you will learn the steps to overcome your obstacles, finding peace and self worth to carry you through.

Christen graduated from Kutztown University with a BS in Psychology in 2005. She then worked as a therapeutic support staff and a personal care assistant for several years with children that faced behavior and academic needs. She then started to pursue her Master of Arts in Human Services Counseling from Liberty University in 2008. Life events happened that slowed her down and she finally earned her degree in 2016, as well as an Autism Education Graduate Certification from Liberty University.  In 2017,  Christen started her journey as a Therapist. She worked for 2 years in this role, then transitioned to being a stay at home mom for some time. When she returned to the field she worked alongside a Neuropsychologist learning the ins and outs of assessments, which led her back to being a Trauma Informed therapist for families that had active children and youth cases. This door closed, taking Christen back to a true passion of her’s working with adults with Autism as a Behavioral Specialist for the last 3.5 years helping them achieve things in their journey others never thought possible.
